Sincere apologies to all list members of N&V-L for
the
long delay in the postings on this list.
The list editor's relocation to the UK has not been
without difficulty - having a computer damaged in transit
and finding a suitable server have been serious setbacks -
and the second of these problems has not yet been wholly
resolved.
However, postings may be sent as usual to the list editor
at <me@eltnewsandviews.com> and it is hoped that normal
service can be resumed shortly.

The acceptance date for BRAZ-TESOL's call for Presentations
for its 2000 conference has been extended from Nov 30 to
